Grace PaguiaTraining Officer, Medical Nutrition Fellowship ProSt. Luke's Medical CenterDoctor Grace graduated Doctor of Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery España, Manila Philippines. She took her Pediatrics Residency and Medical Nutrition Fellowship training at the St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City, where the first medical nutrition training for physicians was started by Dr. Luisito Llido. She is a Diplomate of the Philippine Pediatrics Society and the Philippine College of Medical Nutrition Physicians (PCMNP). Her interest in medical nutrition brought her overseas when she became an international visiting scholar at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City Missouri USA. Thereafter, she came back to St. Luke's as an attending medical nutrition physician and Training Officer for the same training program where she began. Guiding younger fellow physicians in training involved mentoring and providing advise on various research endeavors producing publications both local and international. Dr. Paguia then became Fellow of the PCMNP in 2022, and has also served in a public tertiary government teaching hospital in the province of Pampanga as Officer in Charge for the Nutrition Support Team of Jose B.
